Organised by HKBU, the BOLT seminar was conducted on 10 May 2016. In this seminar, Mr. Darren Harbutt the co-project leader from PolyU, reported on the progress of BOLT project. Additionally, Mr. Peter Birch (PolyU), a graduate of the BOLT PD course, shared his learning experience and expressed his appreciation of his appreciation for the various types of support from this course, such as the face-to-face sessions, mentorships, and resources provided. Following this, Dr. Darren Bryant, the Blended Learning Ambassador from EdUHK introduced the “grassroots” approach towards building the capacity of academic departments for Blended Learning in a faculty. Last but not least, Dr. Theresa Kwong from HKBU showed the progress of the BOLT project at her university, and shared the timeline of BOLT Summer 2016 @ HKBU. The first face-to-face session would be on 26 May 2016, and this summer course will last three months from May to August.
